Internationalization of education standards Indonesia has Indonesian misinterpreted the extent of replacing foreign language . In fact, in Act ( Act ) No. 24/2009 on Flag,  Language, Emblem State, and the National Anthem are expressly Indonesian is the language
introduction in the teaching-learning process. Based on the Sumpah Pemuda charter we ough to proud on using our national language, Indonesia.

" Right now there is a kind of euphoria in the foreign language schools and colleges. It can be seen in the pilot program international schools ( RSBI ). The use of foreign languages ​​in the activity learning in school has violated the Act , " said Agus Dharma , Deputy Chief  While the Language Center , Language Testing in a seminar in Jakarta on Tuesday ( 20/7 ). The teaching-learning process in any country in the world has always using the national language as the language of instruction in schools . Foreign language , such as language England , only when these subjects are taught .

            The ability to speak a foreign language is important for students so that they can enter the international world . However , all the existing rules. In Law No. 24/2009 , expressly stated that the language of instruction in education is Indonesian . If not , where we pride against Indonesian .

Based on those fact above, we know that the nasionalism of Indonesian was beeing decrease because they rarely speak using natioanal language, but they use foreign language. It’s totally wrong If they said that those activity didn’t break the Indonesian’s law. By using foreign language they couldn’t unsure the national language well. It’s right, we can see from the understanding of young generation when they used national language. It was embrassing, because they didn’t understand well with their national language and also for their score in final exam for Bahasa Indonesia, all most of the Indonesians student got bad score in this subject. It’s very terrible. We can imagine, national language is one of the our culture that have to be respect and also must be perpetuated by owr selves. If we as Indonesians weren’t proud to our culture, so who have to responsible for our cultures and who have to blamed if our culture were stolen by other country. So, using and learning foreign language can decrease the natinalism of Indonesians and before taking foreign language they have to learn their own language well first.

I dissagree if using and learning foreign language can decrease the nasionalism of Indonesians. In this modern era, we should able to speak foreign language especially using English. Using and learning foreign language couldn’t decrease the nasionalism of Indonesians, because our national languge (Indonesia) are still use in our daily activity and it didn’t break the rule of Indonesians law. So, using and learning foreign language is needed in our country.

Foreign language learning today occupied an important position in the map of education in Indonesia . Through learning a foreign language is expected to be formed Indonesian man who is able to communicate in a foreign language with various nations in the world. The ability of using Foreign language is also very necessary , because it will be a door for Indonesia to absorb the knowledge development of other countries . One way of learning foreign languages ​​can produce output that is capable of properly communicate in the target language are learned through learning a foreign language intercultural insightful . Language and culture is a unity that is not biased separated , so the success of learning a foreign language will also be influenced by the extent to which elements of the culture of the target language can be integrated in instruction. In the other hand , in the context of Indonesian-ness , foreign language learning is also bound to translate the mandate of Law No. 20 year 2003 on National Education System , namely the obligation to participate in shaping human character Indonesian .

In terms of the individual learner , mastery of one or more foreign languages ​​will open up the horizon or horizons become wider . He no doubt will be able to develop better quality themselves , because the ability of using foreign language . Second , insightful intercultural foreign language learning has a purpose that is related to the area that is affective in learners develop empathy and tolerance on something that is "foreign " or anything that comes from outside the cultural circle . Learning a foreign language that aims to improve insightful intercultural communicative competence and intercultural competence .

So, I disagree if using and learning foreign language especially English can decrease the nationalisme of Indonesians, because by using and learning it, we can improve the quality of Indonesian people.
